MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER

Job Description:

Developing frameworks to monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data on project outcomes.
  • Prepare M&E reports and impact assessments.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for project improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with M&E standards and guidelines.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in M&E or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in M&E tools and software.
